In Biofeedback , we use instruments, mostly computers, to painlessly measure and feedback changes to you (so you can easily see how you are reacting to something even if it's below your usual awareness).
We help you manage ongoing issues like stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, cardiac issues, sleep concerns, migraine, headache, etc. We also help people get the best from themselves so they perform better at work, sport and life in general. (See below for more) We help you measure your Heart Rate (HR), Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Sweat Response (GSR,EDA or SCL), Muscle Tension (sEMG), Breathing Patterns etc. You see them and then change them. You do this by seeing what you are doing and altering the way you think, feel, sit, stand or breathe. |
